Why am I randomly not receiving texts?

Alright. Filing a Trouble Ticket with our Tech team is best route to go. They'll need specific examples of text messages that failed, and that'll help them look into what's going on.
Looks like it hasn't been fixed I absolutely do NOT get texts most of the time. Even when my roommate (also a t-mobile customer like me) is 6 feet away. He's told me 2 days later he finally got my message. That's crazy. That's been going on for 3 years, give or take And not now, for about 3 months, I don't receive messages when I'm out. When I come home, I'll get some immediately then a few hours late. Customer service has only always said "signal looks good." pfft, on what planet? I've done what I coud short of throwing my phone against the wall: factory reset, uninstall, reinstall, checked settings. All those things more than once. I'm not getting what I'm supposed to get. False advertising. I don't care about small print or terms. My terms are simple, give me what I pay for. This is not a me problem. This is a t-mobile problem. If this thread has mostly the same issues, why is nothing being done? Oh, money first then us down at the bottom of the "Thkngs corporate businesses care about" list. They would be a thing I'd it wasn't for us.
