who to reach , besides call customer service
Hi , I call over 4 times to fix a trade in that I'm still charge on that phone. Where , or who will help to solve this , besides calling customer service, with them this isn't going no where..
only other options would be to go into the store or contact TMO using Facebook or Twitter..the last two options lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
