When will usage data be upated

None of my usage details have updated since 2/14. Looking at the new cycle shows calls/texts, but when you look at the detail it is all from the last cycle. Really poor experience for the customer. What is going on and when will it be fixed?

  • All the feedback and tickets that were filed about the Usage Details missing from the app and website have paid off. I am excited to announce that this is now resolved and those details are back to normal. I recommend logging out and clearing browser history, but you shouldn’t see any more errors getting those call, message, and data logs. 😎

    @ErikaH10 since you work for Tmobile, please pass on this message to the team. This issue has been going on for a month now. I, as many others here, have several kids’ lines on my plan and need to be able to see if everything is on the up-and-up now and then. If the 80 Billion dollar per year company cannot fix ‘an issue’ like this in a month, technical leadership is in question. It is unfathomable that this has not been resolved yet. I have been with Tmobile for ten years.

    Issue - when I look at usage, I see current cycle. Perfect. Then when I go to details and select current cycle, it shows last month’s details

    Should not take a month to figure out !!

    Having same issue... called and chatted several times with no reolution.

    Hi, just wanted to pop in to say that T-Mobile is aware this is happening and has our back-end teams on the job! There is not an ETA or resolution to provide at this point, but it’s being worked on for sure.

    My day job is actually in T-Force, I’m just lurking around these forums. :) I can confirm I recently spoke with our Business Support team about the usage situation and they have confirmed it’s a known issue that is being worked on for a fix, so since a fix is being worked on, I would not expect that this is working as intended and that we’re phasing out current cycle usage capabilities. That said, that’s just my two cents - I have not heard confirmation one way or the other on if this may possibly be happening.

    Hi erika- there’s a lot of threads on here where customers have been told by t-force that we will no longer be able to see our usage details until after a billing cycle has closed. Are you able to confirm this?
