I cancelled home internet which by the way is atrociously awful. Things should go ok right? I cancelled 3 weeksearly and sent in the device to the store. Again 3 weeks early. Next thing I know I get a bill saying I owe another month of service. Apparently t-mobile tries to make you cancel a day after your last month so you will still owe another month of service? Then they'll say that youfuture dated your internet service to cancel at a later dateeven thoughthe device is already turned into the store!!!!Who would do that??? I literally have no way of using the internet at that point. So I call in which took over an hour to finally get someone who said they would take care of it. So I think everything is good and go about my life. Then months later I get another bill saying I owe a past due amount. CALL IN AGAIN for an hour. They say they'll take care of it. Awesome, then after a year I get another bill saying the charge is going to collections!!!! seriously? After spending so much time trying to get the bill sorted. Now I call in and speak to some guy namedJerome 8109954 who spent the entire call trying to waste time. He obviously was there to not help and just be a buffer. Half the time wasn't even listening. They hope to force people to pay a bill they tried to cancel and I’m sure a lot of people do just pay but it is nonetheless extremely messed up. He also then promised to put me on a call back list for his supervisor and guess what no-one ever called me back...308Views0likes10CommentsWorst customer service
Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that’s it, they don’t want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don’t know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?5KViews22likes31CommentsFamily Mode Not Working After Lpgin
If anyone in the world can help me with the above issue I would appreciate you so much! I never had issues with FamilyMode before, and I recently bought a new phone, tried to log in as normal, and after login it does not let me move past the terms and conditions! I keep getting this error message and I’ve done everything humanly possible from uninstall reinstall clear cache tried different devices android and apple removed the feature from my account and re add it escalated this through tech support but they keep outsourcing me and they never can explain the issue correctly so the engineering team keeps kicking it back I’m pulling hair at this point trying to see how I can ever use this app again it was very helpful to me before ! I would like to note that theold phone that I had plus my child’s old phone are both completely factory reset so there should be nothing from family mode tied to those old devices…anyone can help?350Views0likes1CommentSpam Caller: +1 805 637 7243
This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.167KViews1like30CommentsHow to get a hold of Spam department
I would like to get a hold of the T-Mobil spam department and not go through customer service. T-Mobil’s customer support via a phone call isn’t helpful when T-Mobil has internally blocked your number from sending text messages. They try to go through their checklist to fix things on my device when my device isn’t the issue. I send up to 200+ messages very quickly with the same or similar messages to friends and family each Holiday. T-Mobile ends up blocking my number from sending text messages. So I can receive text messages, but I can’t send them unless it is to internal T-Mobil numbers like 1112. This makes it very difficult to get any work done if I need to text someone who has text me. T-Mobil engineering department that configures Spam block has their settings creating false/positives. A number shouldn’t be blocked for sending up to 200+ messages quickly over 7-8 days per year (Holidays). I am told it will be blocked for up to 10 days with me currently on the 5th day. I would understand if I did this everyday or even multiple times per week, but blasting out 200+ message on Holidays 7-8 times per year and getting your number blocked is very annoying. Annoying enough now that I am considering using another service provider even with me being with T-Mobil for the past 24+ years (same number). It would be great if T-Mobil created a web link on your account to request unblocking your number with the ability to provide an explanation. It would be even better if the engineers came up with better rules to actually block people that are spamming instead of creating false positives disrupting paying customers.226Views0likes4CommentsSwitching Lines and Devices to New Account and affect on Current Accounts EC
Hello! So I have a T-Mobile account with my mom and dad currently, and I took my paid off phones up to the T-Mobile store yesterday to upgrade to the new iPhones and they told me I couldn’t do it without paying for the full price of one of the phones and $300 down on the other one because I didn’t have enough ‘EC’ left on my account sincewe already have 4 other phones, 3 watches, and a tablet being financed. My question is, if my mom and dad took their lines and devices and got a new T-Mobile account for just them, how would that affect my account’s EC and would I then be able to upgrade my phones? Any help or thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!Solved214Views0likes1CommentMy account was deleted.
My account was deleted, while im deployed in the middle east, for seemingly no reason.I cannot make phone calls.I cannot show up to a store with my ID to make a new account. For some reason T mobile does not have a support email. How do i fix this? Or has T-mobile decided to cut my cell service with no way to fix it for absolutely no reason?74Views0likes0CommentsI'm getting billed for a phone that I haven't received
I ordered the Gray Green 512gb Samsung Z Fold 4 last Friday. 2-day delivery. T-mobile site and UPS site stated it was to arrive between Tuesday 11/25-11/30/22. Today isSunday 12/04/22. I’ve called and spoken to multiple representatives from both T-mobile and UPS. UPS sent a notice via email that they were Out for Delivery on 11/29//22. No update given that they were changing the delivery date. Instead the next day the site says the package status is“The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” They offered no active solution except to wait and because UPS couldn’t find the package in their warehouse:to file a claim. T-Mobile & UPS representativesall keep telling me to wait because: (UPS) - its still being processed. They can’t find it. it might be on a truck. (but if its on a truck its been in the truck since Tuesday 11/29/22). Its beena week now. (T-Mobile) - Its the holiday and its most likely delayed. UPS shipping update states that the package was received at the local UPS 11/28/22 & Out for delivery on 11/29/22 @9:39am. Its been over a week. I’m filing a claim. I’ve been billed for a device that I did not receive. This is a trade-in and upgrade. The 30-day shipping window for sending in my device for trade-in is about to lapse. Please help. If its going to be a hassle like this, I don’t want the phone. Do something to help resolve this. What are my options? I don’t want to be billed for a phonethat I did not receive. Its almost the 2nd month for the billing date of this phone that I did not receive and the 30-day window for trade-in is about to lapse. UPS has lost my phone order from T-Mobile before and gave me an empty box. Please don’t let this happen again. I’ve been a loyal Tmobile customer for many years. This is a terribly disappointingexperience. I would recommend a more secure way for your customers to receive their order: Pick up shipped order at the local T-Mobile store. Or better yet, have UPS ship the phone to a local T-Mobile store. That way, your customers do not need to waste their time chained at the door. Modern times, need modern efficient solutions. For future orders, have my order sent to my local T-Mobile store for pick-up.899Views2likes4CommentsSomeone has hacked my phone and is sending unidentified information almost daily to several unknown numbers without my premission. What can I do to stop this immediately?
I noticed on my account activity log from online invoices show that someone (with use of a handful of numbers) have been sending pictures, send & receive text messages, making and receiving calls, using up data on almost a daily basis since activating my TMobile mobile account, March 2023. It shows activity coming & going from my phone (without my knowledge). I'm not getting notifications, etc. aside from what I ran across online last night that has been posted to my billing invoice activity log sheet. My phone, a Moto G Stylus I got new with new service has been a bit glichy & buggy but I didn't realize it was hacked from the moment I turned it on. How can I block this from continuing to happen? What exactly are they extracting from my phone and why isnt it showing up on my real-time logs? I get some notifications when legit calls & messages come in (at least I think I do) but to see you exchanged 338 text messages with mostly unfamiliar numbers over a 9 day period is just mind blowing. I know for a fact, I haven't sent a total of 338 text messages collectively in the past 5 years let alone 9 days. Yes I said 5 years. I'm pretty much try to limit my use of the internet for personal use the best I can for fear of this same scenario happening to me now. I really need to know: 1) how to make this activity stop ASAP; 2) find out who is doing this; 3) determine what exactly was sent out from my phone; 4) find out why I'm not getting notified of all activity on my phone & 5) how to keep this from happening again either on this very account or potential others? So now that I'm aware but don't want my novice knowledge to make matters worse or allow this activity to continue, for the remainder of my contract, just because I don't know what to do from here. Can someone in the know, please give me some guidance? I would really appreciate it. Is there someone I should be in contact with via TMobile or within my local law enforcement office? Is there an app I can download to check my phone for unwanted presences? An app to wash my Android phone clean and keep it clean? Thank you for your time & attention to this very scary but real situation. Suzanne You can reply to me here or via text message since my phone has already been compromised. (zip512 9nine9 two 7 4 four) Thank you.1.5KViews0likes5Comments
