unable to call, receive error "server unreachable"
In San Diego Same result for both wifi and wifi-off calling attempt. Same result after rebooting phone. SMS text messaging working.
Have you tried the steps on our Can't call, dropped calls, & other calling issues | T-Mobile Support page? Please give that a shot and let us know if you're still having the same issue.

The “REAL ANSWER” is… Your SIM Card/Chip is more than likely getting corrupted… going bad!
