THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I just wanted an update on my claim. The app is useless, the website is useless - the representative refused to just give me an answer and wanted to direct me back to the website. The actual store doesn't do anything except give a number to call to file a claim. WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER HIRING ANYOME IF NO ONE IS GOING TO DO THEIR JOB. This is so frustrating and I've never had such disappointing customer service.
