Change Auto Pay Date
How do I get the auto pay date changed??? I’ve called twice and they’ve claimed they changed the billing date…..but auto pay still comes out before my check arrives.
Why is this so hard to do???????
You can but it can only be changed once. You need to contact Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter. make sure you pick a date that gives yourself a couple of days extra, just in case you need it. Autopay usually triggers 2 days before the payment date.

Hi, I want to change my Autopay date but it is not allowing me to do it. Like you said it can be changed one, does that mean once a year or once in a lifetime?
One time. If it has been years since you have requested an autipay date change though. It never hurts to ask Customer Care because sometimes over the years, things can change. Give 611 a call from your T-Mobile line or send T-Mobile a DM on either X/Twitter or Facebook to see what they can do for you.
