Does anyone have a way to contact TMobile corporate offices?
I need to file a complaint already went through all the supervisors with zero help.
If anyone can help out I would appreciate it otherwise I have to file a complaint with the BBB.

No joke, we all need to get together, and sue, and do it for so much tmobile usa inc will think about not doing to anyone again. Example paying 8 times in April, 8 times in May, 8 times in june, 8 tines in July, 8 times in augest, 8 times in September, and 2 times in October, plus had my phone service interrupted between 3 to 9 times. Keep in mine I have auto pay and have since I started my account.

Spent several hours on hold with the “corporate office” only to have had them repeatedly just transfer me to basic customer service. I’m filing a class action lawsuit for deceptive business practices. I personally know people who also have been screwed by their lies. Anyone who reads this that also wants to go up against them, message me. Customer of only 2 weeks and I deeply regret ever letting them switch my sprint account
I would like to be apart there been screwing me over since Dec

Anyways mikesievent@tmobile.com is the CEO also tmobile stole so much money from me bad called it a backout payments and return payments that my bank also called them out on during the 3way phone call. There has been 3 or more payments that they call lost payments that by deffenition are called stolen payments. Please for no reason trust these scammers, don't waste your time switching to, or staying with. Would post the 12+ pages of proof of what they did to me as well as every lawsuit and class action lawsuit involving tmobile usa inc that they lost every single time, so that should infact tell you about thus scammer of a company that wasn't even that good in 2005.
That's not Mike's last name.

I have several numbers I found online that I am going to try. I am also going to be contacting attorneys in regards to filing a lawsuit with the company. I’ve been with them for 2 weeks-switched from Sprint (who I was with for 10 years) because they promised me I’d be grandfathered in under my Sprint monthly amount only to be billed a much higher amount and basically told yeah we promised you that but it’s not going to happen. And oh yeah, we also promised you a free phone for switching but you’re going to pay for that too. It’s been a NIGHTMARE of hours spent and being constantly lied to and then basically told I’m screwed.
Yep I've been with them for 2 wks as well and have nothing but lies and endless sales pitches. Now I'm stuck with a device I didn't want and no way to return it. So I get it. I hope u get your situation handled and made right.

Hi everyone, I took a chance and last night I posted my message on x.com(used to be twitter), and tagged the CEO and Tmobile official page. Tmobile responded and able to come to a resolution to resolve my billing issue. Just like you, I was guaranteed a set pricing of my newly upgraded plan with the free iPhone 15 after trade-in, and instead my bill for the past 3 months have been more than what amount should have been. I am looking forward to my next bill with the correct information now. They were also able to adjust my current bill to reflect the promised amount. So go to x.com, it worked for me, I’d like to think they will help others too. You can find me @krizzy_333, you can even reply to my posts they should see it there too. Good luck!
