Terrible Customer Service – Still No Resolution After 12 Days!
T-Mobile has completely failed me as a customer. Due to an error on their end, my phone has been locked for 12 days, and they have done nothing to fix it. Another customer mistakenly reported their phone lost or stolen and provided my IMEI number. As a result, my phone was immediately locked.
I went to my local T-Mobile store, and while the staff apologized, they told me I’d have to wait until Monday for a call to unlock my phone. That call never came. When I followed up, they pushed the issue to the fraud department and told me to wait until Wednesday. They even had the audacity to suggest I buy a $100 prepaid phone in the meantime! Friday came—still no call, still no resolution.
Frustrated, I returned to the store and was left with no choice but to return the phone and request a new one. The rep submitted a warranty request, promising a replacement by Monday. Now it's Tuesday, and I’ve heard nothing. Meanwhile, I rely on my phone for work, and this ongoing issue has caused serious disruptions to my business.
T-Mobile’s lack of urgency, accountability, and communication is beyond unacceptable. No company should be allowed to treat its customers this way. If they had to shut down for 10 days, they’d face huge financial losses-yet they expect customers to endure the same without any compensation or concern. Avoid this company if you value reliable service and customer support!

They outright lied to me then charged me $10 just for talking to a customer support person over the phone! What kind of company does this? T Mobile has zero integrity and gouges people. I was going to switch my families 3 lines of cell phone service over to T Mobile before seeing how disgustingly predatory their customer service is. I’ve begun the work of filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of all T Mobile customers over this $10 bogus fee to talk to a customer support representative overseas.
