When will usage data be upated

All the feedback and tickets that were filed about the Usage Details missing from the app and website have paid off. I am excited to announce that this is now resolved and those details are back to normal. I recommend logging out and clearing browser history, but you shouldn’t see any more errors getting those call, message, and data logs. 😎
My day job is actually in T-Force, I’m just lurking around these forums. :) I can confirm I recently spoke with our Business Support team about the usage situation and they have confirmed it’s a known issue that is being worked on for a fix, so since a fix is being worked on, I would not expect that this is working as intended and that we’re phasing out current cycle usage capabilities. That said, that’s just my two cents - I have not heard confirmation one way or the other on if this may possibly be happening.
