I purchased two new phones with trade-ins of $300 per phone. I mailed the trade-in phones back separately to T-Mobile using their packaging and return labels for UPS. I got the credit for one phone. However, they are claiming they did not receive the other phone. The tracking number from the return shipping label T-Mobile provided shows that the device was received at TMO GRC Fort Worth, TX. They're telling me differently and that I would have to pay full price. One way to sell "discounted" phones. It's not about the $300, it's about principles, and making it right for your customers, especially when you know you have a problem at your return center that you are not acknowledging. Where is Morgan & Morgan? I've been hurt by this transaction :-)
