If in fact your device was damaged by the courier that is not T-Mobile's fault that in on the carrier. Now the fact they want you to pay more is on them. And the fact they are billing you before you get your device blows. Contact T-force through Facebook or twitter to see what they can do to resolve this matter for you. They are higher up on the support chain.
