Mishandled my phone order and giving me anxierty
I ordered a phone on 21st Sept, it got shipped and I was expecting the delivery on Sunday (i.e. 25th Sept). But later I got the message that my package got damaged. So, I had a call with T-Mobile about the situation and they told me that they will investigate it and promised me that I will get the phone by Wednesday, I had this call for 1.5 hrs. on Sunday night. Later Monday (i.e., 26th Sept) I got another message that my order will arrive today. So, I thought this was weird that the package got damaged, and they are delivering it. I called them again and asked about the situation and they told me the phone would be delivered today (i.e., Monday 26th Sept). My phone never got delivered on Monday or Tuesday. So, I called T-Mobile again and I was furious about the situation on Wednesday (i.e., 28th Sept). On this day, they told me that there is some problem with my order, and they had to raise an investigation into this issue when this investigation will be over, I will get my refund for what I paid. And the audacity is they generated 1st EMI of the phone on the bill that never came to me which I must pay for now. And today they told me that they had to order it again and I must pay 35 dollars extra more than my last order total and the phone will get delivered on 3rd of October. After dragging me for more than a week, giving me anxiety, and talking to the T-Mobile agent every day for more than an hour for 4 days, they reached out to this solution. By far this is the worst customer experience I have ever seen, and I am utterly disappointed in how they keep blaming the courier service for what happened and how it’s not their fault.88Views0likes1Comment
