Device Bill Credit question

I recently signed up for T-Mobile and was told that I should qualify for the promotion to get a Google Pixel 6a for free (monthly bill credits). Looking at my bill online though, its not showing a credit. There’s 2 devices on my account and its charging me monthly for both devices, (the Pixel and another device). The payments are like 18 dollars for the Pixel and 4 dollars for the other device, so 22 dollars for equipment fees. Shouldn’t I just have 4 dollars in equipment fees if I’m getting a credit for the Pixel? For clarity, this is my first bill. Will the credit show up on following bills? If it does, apologies ahead of time but that wasn’t explained clearly ahead of time.

  • It can take 1-2 FULL billing cycles to show up.  Usually it just takes one.  If it doesn’t show up your next bill(you still get 24 credits over 24 months) then that’s a cause for concern and may need to contact Customer support.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

As for your phone if it's over 2 months it's probably been refurbished and resold.

I traded in a phone in September 2022 for a $400 credit on new phone. I have proof that Sprint received the phone October 6th, 2022. I have called and chatted several times and keep getting the promise of the bill credit will show up next month . It has been well over 2 billing cycles and I am not getting my bill credits. Is there an address of where I can file a complaint or can I get my old phone returned  since it seems They are not going to give me my bill credits and have my old perfectly working phone. Has anyone else had this happen??

I have been calling every month for T-Mobile to apply the credit and it’s been almost a year. Definitely changing providers, can’t believe they can’t fix something so simple
