Device Bill Credit question

It can take 1-2 FULL billing cycles to show up. Usually it just takes one. If it doesn’t show up your next bill(you still get 24 credits over 24 months) then that’s a cause for concern and may need to contact Customer support.
Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
As for your phone if it's over 2 months it's probably been refurbished and resold.
