CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

IV BEEN TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE FOR TWO DAYS AND NO ANSWER, I WAIT FOR HOURS AND NO ANSWER, IM OVERSEAS I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND NO ONE ANSWER THIS IS  A MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!

    Good luck. We had a Tmobile line years ago and left because of bad customer support. Went with their home internet and it has been a nightmare. Horrible customer support. They need to spend less on advertisement and more on customer support. Maybe give the customer support team computers that are connected to the internet. I’ve been told everything has been corrected and then nothing updates
