Billed for 10+ months on a phone that tmobile has ack I returned
title says it all, just trying to get this out there … because their support is trash. everytime I call they say we promise to fix this blah blah … it’s been 10 months since i returned the last iphone that was released and they are still charging me $50/mo on that … there’s even a new iphone out it’s been so long.
anyways i dont know what this will do but i wanted to get something other than their useless support working … thanks for listening and if youre tmobile FIX MY ACCOUNT!
