do not see any credits on my bill for the returned phones

I am not sure how it works, but after returning my phones I did not see any credits on my bill or in my account. I returned three iphone15 phones all new and each appraised about a grand. Is this how it works? 

  • Once they are received, they need to be checked, then the credits are applied.  Did you follow the return instructions, including placing the printed information in the box so the return warehouse knows which account they are being returned on?  Sometimes credits can take a full billing cycle to show up.
