Am reaching out to you hopefully you can help
- wrong information was gave to me with jump on demand plan
- I went through the 18 month cycle
- I was still charged a early termination fee
- Tmobile expert stated that there will not be fluctuation on my bill
- Supervisor told me just because the wrong info was gave to me doesnt mean we credit your account for our mistakes
- she noted the account that there was a 100 dollar credit given (that was rebate promotion not her doing)
- there not holding there team accountable
- I was charged 3 different sales tax on one trade in
- stuck with a 700 dollar bill after rebate and supervisor told me they gave me a 60 dollar credit for courtesy because I have been a loyal member
- her team needs some soft skill development courses
(My account need a credit of 328.00 due too the hassle and incorrect information given to me multiple times)
