127 or 128 mean in my incoming text log
Does anyone know where text messages are coming from when it is displayed in the incoming text log as 127 or 128? I seem to be getting many of these codes but I don’t recall receiving the texts…. But I see it in my text message log.SolvedIamSamIam10 months agoNewbie Caller32KViews5likes19CommentsPrice Lock
On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to my price lock GUARANTEE? You can charge more to new customers, but do not change the terms of our contract!! Eventually we will age out….Solvedrabarry12 months agoNewbie Caller29KViews51likes327CommentsFirst Billing Cycle
Hello T-Mobile, I have switched to the All One Plan on 1/16/2018 and I have received a text saying my first auto debit will take place on 2/6/2018 for service from 1/17/2018 -2/16/2017. I spoke to a representative and was told my following auto debit will happen on 3/7/2018 for the service from 2/17/2018 – 3/16/2018, which makes sense. My question is, why am I being debited on the 2/6/2018 and not on 2/16/2018 as is when the full cycle of 30 days is completed. It seems like I am going to be paying a full month of service cost for only 20 days of service used on my first bill 2/6/2018. I know this is a postpaid and not a prepaid plan. Please advise.Solvedmagenta39148508 years agoNetwork Novice13KViews0likes8CommentsWhy are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappointed in these tactics. I have been with T-mobile since 2006, now I will probably have to change providers. The $10 increase is more than any credit card company charges fees for processing a transaction. Really T-Mobile???MHol2 years agoNewbie Caller2.1KViews3likes67CommentsVerizon Phone Payoff
I transferred in a line from Verizon with a balance still on the phone from Verizon. T-Mobile offered to pay it off. I’m trying to figure out where to go to initiate this payoff transaction. I guess they send me a prepaid card for the balance or something like that.Chuggets14 years agoNewbie Caller2KViews0likes4CommentsT-Mobile Legacy Perk
I tried to order a new phone from T-Mobile back in February of 2024. I noticed the following day that my plan had changed and I was given an additional line, a line I did not ask for; and all of my promotions were removed. I immediately called customer care to request that my account be returned to its original setting. All of my promotions came back except for my legacy perk. One thing I forgot to mention is that I was a Sprint customer before the merger. Customer care assured me that my $5 legacy perk will return to my account on its next billing cycle because they have put out a ticket for it. Since February of 2024, I’ve been calling every month for my legacy perk discount and all I’ve been getting is an additional credit of $5 on my account. I appreciate it, but I would rather not have to call every month for a credit that was erroneously taken away from me. If anyone knows of any assistance that they can provide, I would appreciate your input. Thanks.DAZZA11 months agoNetwork Novice1.7KViews0likes3Commentsrefer a friend nightmare
so I had two friends switch over to tmobile within the last month and I tried to do the Refer A Friend program but I kept getting a error message stating I need a qualified account. Per the program terms and conditions I thought it stated the following... however I was told because I have a payment arrangement that disqualifies me. I don't think that's far I was part of hurricane Irma and I cant help I need an arrangement at least my account isn't suspended. who can I call about this? Do anyone have corporate number? I really don't think this is right. Program Terms & Conditions 1. Referrer must maintain an active T-Mobile-branded postpaid consumer account with voice service throughout the referral process. Referrer must register for the Refer-A-Friend program online at https://referral.t-mobile.com/. Referrals good only after 24 hours of being uploaded. Other account & plan types (e.g., corporate government, employee, dealer, prepaid, and VIP) are not eligible.Solvedericade30828 years agoNetwork Novice1.1KViews0likes7CommentsT-Mobile ONE "Un-Contract" Price Lock Guarantee | "Re" Carrier - June 2024 Increase Price Increase
I don’t know how T-Mobile thinks this is ok. I Am more irritated by their response. Don’t insult my intelligence. We kept our plan, the price should not change - it’s just that simple. Yes, I rather pay substantially more to another carrier because it’s BS of T-Mobile to do this, counting on people to just accept it and be “ok” with the “inflation” - playing on your lack of intelligence, this is GREED pure & simple, there are NO additional associated costs in giving you the service you have already been paying for. https://ibb.co/s3sjDgY This “infinite growth” mindset of Capitalism is the fail of the pyramid scheme. It’s delusional. I don’t know who I want to fail more, Reddit, or T-Mobile. At least Verizon and AT&T don’t “pretend” to care. Don’t tell me you won’t change my price as long as I keep my plan, and then you turn around and change my price and then communicate with me as if I Am talking out the side of my neck, out of thin air, like you don’t see the same thing that I see YOU said.. and I agreed to! Heck, a landline, GMAIL, and old fashioned letters might be the move at this point, tired of being lied to and nickle and dimed. I hope the churn is HORRIBLE from this point on.
