Need some help regarding with a iPhone 13 signal constantly disappearing from time to time
Been experiencing this since Sunday in when from time to time my signal keeps suddenly dropping off to "no service" without any notice, I even tried to reset my network settings after I basically had to restart my phone to get the signal I needed but it's still doing the same thing.
T-Mobile shuts down my texts and doesn't tell me!
So, this problem has happened to me twice in less than 6 months. If I send out a lot of texts in one day, T-Mobile shuts down my texting and doesn't allow me to even text my wife or daughter on the same calling plan. Their excuse is that they have software that "senses" when spam messages are being sent out. OK, so even if that was the extent of it.... it's really not. As a paying customer of T-Mobile for more than twenty years or so, I feel that of your plan is going to be restricted in any way at all, they should contact you to address this issue. However, they do NOTHING! The first time I experienced this problem I was sending out messages for a birthday party. Next thing you know its 5 days later and I still can't send a text to pretty much anyone, I had to download a texting app to contact my wife without calling her. After all those days with no texts they tell me they discovered the reason and now it'll take at least two more days with no text service. Thats right, customer service has no way to re-instate tour full contact features immediately. But they shut it down fast enough! This just happened again yesterday and its the last straw. I'm tired of being treated like this so Bye Bye! I am getting rid of this service and going to Patriot Mobile. T-Mobile sucks!!
Advanced Cellular Metrics after area thunderstorms
My internet has been messed up since after major thunderstorms came through the area. I have tried resetting the box and unplugging it for a bit, but when it comes back up, things are still not running as they should. The above listed metrics never looked that way before. Does anybody know what to do?
Fast download speeds but horrible upload speeds?
This hasn't been an issue until just recently, but my T-Mobile 5G Gateway started having issues with upload speeds - reaching as low as 1mbps while download speeds are upwards of 400mbps. No T-Mobile coverage at Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park?
I'm a little surprised, to be honest, that there's apparently no coverage for T-Mobile users for Universal Orlando's new Epic theme park (next to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure). I live in Atlanta, GA and on Saturday April 12th I went to 2 different T-Mobile Stores to get help with my Razar Phone that I got in February 2025. An update happened to my phone that changed the setting on my phone and my phone was not the same. After visiting 2 store on Saturday and not being able to have anyone help me restore my phone back to the way it was I was very disappointed!!! On Monday I decided to try one more time going to the T-mobile Store on East West Connector and after walking in this store I was professionally greeted by this young lady name Tiffany. I told her was the problem was and immediately she took my phone and did here thang!!! She fix my phone just like that and for that I am very thankful. Thank you Tiffany for how you handle the entire situation. Your knowledge about my Razar phone is appreciated! I am a very happy customer. How do I rename my Home Network?
I have the T-Mobile 5G Home Wireless router. It is connected & working (I'm using it now.) Yesterday, for some inexplicable reason, my connection went down. The fix was to hit the reset button on the back of the router. Now, my router appears on the network under it's default ID and set to "Public". Everything I've found online on how to access & rename my network is "wrong". I have the "T-Life" app installed on my phone, but all the instructions I've found online tell you to "click the 'Network' button at the bottom" of the app. My app doesn't have a "Network" option on the menu. And I can't log into the Router itself to make these changes the way I used to when I had DSL (by entering my Router IP into my browser.) How do I set the name of my network? Just picked up a replacement Home Internet Gateway. After 1/2 hour, it stopped and would not restart until this morning. Today, after 2 hours use, it stopped again and needed restarting. Suggestions? Oh yeah, the T-Mobile store is a 130-mile round trip for me, so maybe someone can tell me I missed something. I had Verizon home internet for 3 problem free years, then I moved out of their coverage area. First TMobile gateway died yesterday, now the replacement is flakey!
