Fast download speeds but horrible upload speeds?

This hasn't been an issue until just recently, but my T-Mobile 5G Gateway started having issues with upload speeds - reaching as low as 1mbps while download speeds are upwards of 400mbps. Any tips or knowledge on what is going on?
