Save these steps to redeem your $200 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard^®

1. Check availability and sign up for unlimited T-Mobile Home Internet online or via chat.

2. ​If available, sign up for a T-Mobile ID

   1. If you’re already a T-Mobile voice customer, you may already have a TMO ID.
   2. If you don’t have a TMO ID, click here to find your billing phone number.
   3. Home Internet activation that requires shipping of gateway will not occur until gateway has shipped, which is approximately 3-5 days after the order date.

3. ​Once you receive your Home Internet Gateway device, go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ within 30 days of activation and enter all required information including your T-Mobile ID and password to log in.

4. ​Select the phone number from the drop-down for this promotion.

   • Home Internet only accounts – Your billing phone number can be found on your bill under “Connected Devices.”.

5. ​Enter all required information, including:

   • Transaction Date
   • The channel of your transaction - T-Mobile.com
   • Your Transaction Type - Internet Router

6. ​Select the promotion you would like to redeem based on the list you are eligible for. Remember, you can only submit for ONE promotion per line!

7. ​Once selected, finish the redemption process by hitting Continue on the terms & conditions page.
