General eligibility requirements.

To qualify for our $15/month Home Internet plan, your address must be eligible for 5G Home Internet service and you must provide proof that you participate in one of the following programs.

Eligible Programs:

  • National School Lunch Program
  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
  • Medicaid
  • NY Senior citizen rent increase exemption
  • NY Disability rent increase exemption
  • NY Affordability benefit from a utility

Once you have completed Step 1 and received your approval code, click the button below to chat with a representative to confirm service availability at your address and sign up for our $15/month Home Internet plan.  Agents are available to assist 7:00 am ET to 3:00 am ET 7 days a week.

Income program eligibility required; reverify when requested. During congestion, customers on this plan may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >1.2TB/mo., due to data prioritization. Not available in all areas. $35 device connection charge due at sale. After data allotment, speeds up to 600Kbps. Credit approval required. For use only with T-Mobile Gateway for in-home use at location provided at activation; service restricted away from approved address. Return gateway undamaged or pay up to $370. Video streaming resolution depends on available speeds. For best performance, leave video streaming applications at their default resolution setting. Not compatible with some live TV streaming services.
