Hey Community! I haven’t been on here in a while, so I blew the digital dust off my account so I could hop on and say a few words. As HeavenM mentioned, I’ve taken another role within T-Mobile, and she’ll be managing the site now. I couldn’t be happier for her! This Community has been nothing short of amazing for me! I got to chat with a ton of intelligent and helpful people, and I’ll miss everyone that came here to help others and chat with me. What makes the Community a real Community, is everyone here, and I’ll never forget that. I love HeavensM’s passion for the Community, and I’m stoked to see the awesome new places she’ll take the site to. I’m so grateful for everyone I’ve worked with here, and all of those who continued to come here and make the Community special. Need help getting in to the Community? Take a look at the steps below to get you signed in. Login in help If you’re a Sprint Community user, we’ve made sure that your email account you set up on Sprint’s Community can be used here. Please use that email and flow these steps to register and sign in for your T-Mobile Community. Click Sign up for your T-Mobile ID link. Enter the following options: First Name Last Name Phone Number (you won’t enter this) Sprint Community Email address Password Click the Sign me up button. Check your email to verify your account. Be sure to look in your Junk and Spam folder as this email may show up there. FAQ’s Q: Do I already have an T-Mobile Community Account? A: Yes! You’ll just need to complete the registration process above to set up the account and your password. Q: I’m getting an error message. What should I do? A: If you’ve completed the steps above, please use the Forgot login info? And follow the steps to get another password. Q: What should I do if I haven’t gotten the email? A: Check your inbox, Spam folder, and Junk folder folder. It may take some time, but it’ll get to you. Q: I’m getting an error when I try to login in. What’s the next step? A: Clear your cache and history, then give it another shot. Try it in another browser as well as a private/incognito browser to see if that works. Q: Can I log into the T-Mobile Community with my Sprint username and password? A: You need to register for the T-Mobile Community using the steps above. I have a couple ideas about this. If you’re in a lower level room or basement, you can have some issues with the connection cutting in and out due to line of site. I’d head to a higher level of the house/building if possible. Restarting the phone on a daily basis can help make sure you maintain a solid connection. If this is happening in the same area and even around the same time of day, this could be something our engineering team can look into after our Tech Care team files a Service Complaint for you.Re: WARNING! oh boy, that’s terrible. For Coinbase and youremail, you’ll need to follow up with their support teams to figure out how it was accessed and reset your account. For you T-Mobile account, you can report unauthorized access directly to our Tech Care team and we can escalate it to the right folks on our side. Sorry this happened, but please make sure to get in touch with our team so we can address your T-Mobile account.
