Re: why TMobile home internet so bad
It seems to me that they do this on purpose to save money! They hook you on the good internet for 6 months and then drag you along with these unhelpful “fixes” until you realize that it will never be the same. We all have the same problem and they all tried the same solutions and it seems to not be working. I was offered a new router and I accepted it. Been using it but nothing seems to work. I play videogames and use an ethernet cable even though its a few feet away and it still seems to have high ping and lags constantly. Debating on switching to the fiber optic but its quite expensive. This is ridiculous!14Views1like0CommentsPing For my 5G home internet is randomly higher
I have had T-Mobile 5G internet for several months now and it worked perfectly for my computer gaming like on Rocket League and Valorant. I would run around 30-40 ping on them. The past week, however, I have been getting ping around 60-90 on valorant and on rocket league around 110. Its constant ping with zero lag spikes but since these games are competitive, it ruins the chance to compete since I have higher ping. I have contacted support for this and done the basics like restarted the router and computer, updated my windows and drivers, changed my DNS, moved my router and computer, and used an ethernet cable. I just cant seem to figure out why my ping is like this. I also seem to notice that whenever I play games, I get better ping on far away servers than the one that is a state over. Same thing for when I do a ping test online. I am completely stumped. I have made phone calls, reddit posts, joined discord servers for help, and now this and so far nothing has helped.
