Re: Email to SMS
The gateway is still operational, as I have had the need to use it recently. Some messages get through, while others don’t. It seems to be dependent on where the message is originating. AUP is Acceptable Use Policy. From the information@eshermanposted above, it looks like Cloudfilteris blocking the messages. The too many sessions error is self-explanatory. Most servers, if not all, have a limit on the number of connections from any particular server.63Views0likes0CommentsRe: gmail to phone.#tmomail.net is not working
The vast majority of messages, are a miss. As of yesterday (14 September 2023), such messages were not being delivered to the phones (multiple) and the senders (not specifically via Gmail) arenot receiving a bounce/reject message, so it appears the messages are winding up in a black hole somewhere. @HeavenMI understand spam filters are necessary, but when legitimate messages aren’t getting through, this is a problem. This is beyond ridiculous now.62Views3likes0CommentsIncoming emails to tmomail.net not being delivered
Users elsewhere are reporting incoming email messages to tmomail.net aren’t being delivered and apparently this has been going on for the past couple of days. I can confirm the same issue with multiple T-Mobile phones. Is anyone at T-Mobile aware of this? https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33693357-E-mail-Bounced-EmailsSolved521Views0likes6CommentsSamsung Galaxy A11 constantly exchanging data on WiFi
I have two Samsung Galaxy A11’s that were purchased September 2020, both fully updated. Since having these phones, both of themconstantly exchangedata when the phones are on WiFi. If I turn WiFI off, putting the phones on the T-Mobile network, this exchanging of data immediately stops. Lookout anti-virus is installed and the phones are virus-free. Is there a known reason why this has been occurring all this time, what they are connecting to (a Samsung server, perhaps?)and is there a way to stop it? Thank you.142Views0likes3Comments
