I can’t believe T-Mobile (or Sprint before them) still don’t allow you to set up and use a pre-recorded audio file (e.g. .mp3) as your outgoing voicemail message. Sure, you can play the file over an external speaker and record it using your phone’s microphone, but the quality is not good. Is there a reason I’m missing as to why this capability is unavailable on my Android phone? Security? Copyright?349Views0likes1Commentvoicemail message suddenly in spanish
All of our phones voicemail default message etc are suddenly in Spanish (iPhone and android ). Google says to go to my account/ voicemail to change it, but the my account menu has nothing about voicemail. Does anyone know how to fix this?Solved44KViews0likes10Commentsvisual voicemail no longer shows my messages transcribed inside the app itself.
So I have been trying to figure this one out, i have call in multiple times to where eventually I gave up. I think that the voicemail to text feature is getting mixed up with the voicemails being transcribed in the actual vvm app. I paid for the feature and was still not getting the messages transcribed in the app but would receive the sms text with the transcription in my messages. Before when it was working correctly i had no vm to text subscription or feature on my account and my voicemails would show the option to play back in the vvm app as well as the transcription of the message right below the play icon. I believe the problem lies in the app software because oddly enough i was able to clear app cache and data then uninstalled reinstalled the app and when the app loaded back up and i set it up again i tested it immediately and the vm Did show with the transcription in the vvm app but sadly reverted right back on the very next vm that i received only allowing the play back to listen to message with no transcription showing inside my vvm app. for example in the images i pulled up on google shows the messages transcribed there inside the app. This is what I’m wanting my vvm app to display giving me the option to view, play, delete, save, ect. all in one app, not have to check the transcription inside my text messages app then open vvm up to delete the message or call into the vm to delete from there. Please fix this , this is still a problem and from what ive researched its been going on for a number of years now :(2.3KViews1like6CommentsVoicemail wants me to set up, but it was already set up.
First of all, I’m frantic. My daughter was murdered a year ago, and I’ve kept her phone number active so I can hear her voice on her voicemail. I just called to listen to her voicemail, and it is telling me to set it up. Her voice is gone. Why on earth did this happen?! Is there a way to get it back? Please tell me it was some random glitch today and will back working as usual tomorrow!899Views0likes2CommentsBlocking Unknown Callers from calling OR leaving voicemail
I have never accepted any phone calls from people who have their Caller ID off. The ones who block Caller ID from showing those they call, any names or phone number of the caller. However, they can still leave voicemail. I just want to read or listen to voice mail from those I know. Is there a way to block unknown callers from leaving voicemail?? I already tried Robokiller, Spam Shield and Call Control. Any help??Solved22KViews0likes23Commentsnew voicemail notification WILL NOT DELETE
I am so unbelievably frustrated. I haven't used voicemail in years, I only get called approximately 5 times a year. and tmobile wants me to set a voicemail message… I click the notification for my new voicemail and it says "set up your voicemail box in three easy steps". mind you, I've had tmobile for ten plus years, and this phone number for at least fifteen. my voicemail is as set up as I want it to be. I can't clear this message without doing the three steps they're asking me for, which is first setting up a voicemail pin (which I've already done????) and second setting a greeting, but I don't want to have a voice message play when people get to my voicemail. obviously I don't know what the third step is because I won't do the second step. for reference I have a samsung note20179Views0likes0CommentsCannot Change Voice Mail Greeting
The no answer greeting fails to update. The T-Mobile process to effect a greeting change seems to work, but actually fails to work. This happened earlier this year and took 4 weeks to fix. Well, temporarily fix. The issue is back, like Chucky. Happens with 2 phones, both iPhones, Pro 14, latest IOS upgrade. T- Mobile technical support kept trying, failing and elevating to a “next” level of tech support. Finally, arrived at what was called “Level 4” tech support. The blame game on iPhone was bogus, never an IOS issue. Was fixed and good for last 2 months. Now, problem is back. How do I go directly to Level 4 tech support to work problem again?108Views0likes0Commentsvoicemail
"Recently, I've been getting voicemails many times a day. I think it's happening every hour or less. It's driving me crazy. There's no phone call, just a notification showing up in the status bar. When I click on the voicemail, it just connects to T-Mobile voicemail, but there's no message at all. I talked with customer service, they couldn't do anything. How can I fix it141Views0likes2CommentsHow to listen the next voice message
So when dial 123 to listen my voice mail, whether they are new or saved, when a message is finished playing, it asks me to some options like replay, forward, message information, delete or save. How do i just go listen to the next message? I dont want to save, and when i listen to saved messages, i dont want to delete. I just want to go to the next one. Why dont they just key #2 as To Listen to the next message? 😣111Views0likes0Comments
