Trying to redeem the free MLB.TV offer today and when I tap “REDEEM” on the app nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue? I updated to the latest MLB app per their suggestions, but it still will not respond when I tap the “REDEEM” button. This app has never worked for me since I got a new iPhone (Previously I used Moto G5 on Android without problems for years). When I open the app it asks for my phone number which I enter on the next screen and click Continue. The next message is always… “Sorry, looks like we need a moment” T-Mobile Tuesdays is getting some updates. Please check back later. And there is a Refresh button that results in the same message displaying 1-2 seconds later. I have uninstalled the app several times, and even set the cache to clear on next launch. I have only T-Mobile home internet, and it says on their Mobile Tuesdays app that users are eligible, but when I use the “phone number” (it’s not a real phone number) to sign it, it says it’s sending a code to that number, but I don’t know how to check it because that number was just given to me by T-Mobile when I signed up for home internet. We have been fine before the update change to “T-Life”, we both are not with T-Mobile, but with Metro by T-Mobile, we have the 2 lines for $80. This new app keeps wanting us to sign up for T-Mobile ID etc, but can’t do this because it says we have a Metro by T-Mobile phone number, Metro by T-Mobile reps is clueless about this.
