lte issues

So I just got two LTE galaxy watch 4's to use when I don't want to carry my phone with me (while exercising). After spending two hours at a T-Mobile store and another hour on the phone with a technician, they escalate and another tech comes on and advises me that the galaxy watch 4 cannot be used as a standalone on t mobile. It can only be used when connected and near the phone its paired with! WHY would T-Mobile sell an LTE watch that can only be used when connected to the phone? That is called a Bluetooth watch! Very frustrated with them wasting 3 hours of my time, when this could have been mentioned when the watches were ordered. And even then, why sell LTE watches instead of Bluetooth watches? Has anyone one had this issue?28KViews9likes61CommentsWatch4 LTE - no texts
Phone: Galaxy A51 5G Watch: Samsung Watch4 LTE version - received 4 days ago I purchased a Watch4 to be able to go running/biking & still receive calls/textswithout having to take my phone with me. I received my watch on Thursday & started setting it up. I noticed that the ability to receive calls/texts on my watch when on LTE wasn’t working properly. On Saturday, I stopped in to my local retail location. The folks there were so great & super helpful. After some troubleshooting, they reset my network on their side to see if that may help whatever is going on. After doing this,my watch started receiving phone calls on LTE. However, it was still not receiving testing text messages. The poor guy helping me tried everything he could think of to get this working but was ultimately not successful. At one point, we did see a message on the watch (which is no longer there) that said there’s a setting on the phone which was making it unable to receive texts. The message didn’t say what setting it was, though, so we went through every setting we could possibly thinkof, short of resetting the entire phone. Does anyone know of what else I can do to get texts successfully going to my watch while on LTE? This is the entire reason I bought the watch at all so not having that functionality is very disappointing.2.1KViews1like12CommentsGalaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages
As the title says I am getting duplicate messages to my galaxy watch. When im connected to bluetooth everything works fine, texts sync properly when read on one device. However whenever i disconnect from my phone and switch to LTE i get every text ever all pver again. Literally 1000's. You would think the solution would be to leave lte on all the time? Wrong. When i leave lte on all the time then my watch and phone dont sync! If i read the text on my watch it wont update ththe phone anand vice versa. The point of the watch is to be able for the phone and watch to sync AND to leave your phone behind. Ive read dozens of users experienceing the same problem whats the fix tmoble? Ps this isnt an issue with the apple watch lteSolved11KViews0likes157CommentsH+ not LTE with Pixel 4XL

I've restarted my phone and removed the SIM and had the phone re-register with the T-MOBILE network; all to no avail. Suggestions on what it might be? T-MOBILE folks --- any help??? Hello, I recently took advantage of the free galaxy watch promotion by adding another line for the watch but it has been 2 days now and no one at the tmobile stores nor customer service have been able to help me connect the line so that I can make calls with my watch without my phone is this promotion a fluke to show that tmobile is “Adding more lines” compared to other companies? Is anyone else having these issues? The same thing is happening with my wifes apple watch that she just got from Tmobile. Any recomandations?Solved995Views0likes3Commentsapple watch series 6 no data on cellular
I have been having serious issues with Apple Watch cellular plan on T-Mobile. When my phone is on cellular, Even if I have 3 or 4 bars of reception, doesn’t matter, I cannot do anything that needs data. It just says, no internet connection. In cellular under settings it shows plan as T-Mobile, status: no connection. Interestingly, I can make calls on my watch over cellular, but no data connection. I have had discussions with different T-mobile reps, including senior technical support assistants, but no solution so far. I also talked to Apple support, they run a remote diagnostics on my watch, and I was told that nothing was wrong. I tried unpairing, deleting the watch and pairing again, removing the cellular plan and adding again, doing a network reset on myiPhone, unpairing and pairing back the DIGITS number associated with my Apple Watch. None of these worked. I can occasionally get data connection when I move far away from my neighborhood with my watch, leaving my phone home, but that needs turning airplane mode off and on, when I am miles away from my phone. Interestingly, when I come back to my neighborhood while the data is working on the watch,it stays in data-working state, where the location I cannot normallyget data connection. After my watchconnectsback to my phone and disconnects again in my neighborhood, same story goes on, no data connection on watch, can make calls, and I need to move miles away from my region and toggle airplane mode on and off to get data. It is being super frustrating and nobody could help so far. Is there anyone who can have a solution for this?Solved9KViews4likes14Comments
