How do I get the Blackberry Passport to run 4G VoLTE?
Unfortunately, 2G and 3G are going away from the United States for no good reason. But I do not wish for Blackberry Phones to become obsolete. I hear you can make old Blackberry Phones run the Android OS. Will this make the Blackberry Passport be able to text and make calls in 2025+?DWalkerR6 days agoNetwork Novice84Views0likes1CommentReset HotSpot WebUI password
Can anyone help with how to reset the password to the Hotspot WebUI for the JEXtream. I cannot recall what it is/was, and see no option for 'forgot password' or 'reset password' on the device or in the WEB portal.TheDreamer16 days agoNetwork Novice54Views0likes0CommentsG4AR: connection via WiFi vs. via Ethernet cable on LAN1
I recently installed the white G4AR device using the Rely 5G Home Internet service. When I connect to the device via WiFi, i.e., directly, and run SpeedTest, I get 486 Mbps down/65.9 Mbps up, which is pretty good. However, when I connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN1 port on the G4AR which is then connected to my firewall, then through a non-managed gigabit switch and then to my own WiFi access point, I get 269 Mbps down/17.6 Mbps up. While the reduced throughput could be due to my firewall/switch/access point, I doubt it, as I've used those devices to connect to a wired ISP in the recent past without a problem. Is anyone aware of some sort of throttling of throughput when going through the gigabit Ethernet connections of the G4AR? Would I get better throughput going through the LAN2 port for any reason?DrexelHill5G18 days agoNetwork Novice94Views0likes0CommentsNo sim card on new sync-up drive
I'm trying to transfer my account from an older sync-up drive to a new one. However, the new sync-up drive I ordered doesn't have the sim-card slot for me to transfer over the sim card to. I'm not clear how I can transfer over the phone number on my account.dken92 months agoNetwork Novice182Views0likes0CommentsDoes Home Internet refer-a-friend work when friend is already a phone customer, not a Home customer?
It is not clear if the $50 refer-a-friend benefit will work if my friend already has a phone account at T-Mobile. They say it is for "new accounts" but Home Internet is a different service from the phone account.Richard474 months agoNewbie Caller171Views0likes0CommentsRabbit R1 constantly connects&diconnects from TMobile Home Internet WiFi.

I cannot get my canon iX6820 printer to connect to the router. I created a new network like I’ve read a lot on here and it still will not connect. Any other tips/tricks? I’ve been trying for over a week, feeling very frustrated!bburger9225 months agoNetwork Novice368Views0likes2CommentsDeleting extra network on TMobile Home Internet
Any tips on deleting or changing settings on extra networks. I needed to add one to accommodate an older printer, but it took three tries to config it right, I would like to delete the two other extras. The corollary question is how do you change configurations of networks already in place (sigh). Hey T-Mobile Community, I’ve been thinking about how T-Mobile’s 5G network could really change the way we use cloud computing. As we all rely more on cloud-based apps for everything from work to entertainment, the speed and reliability of T-Mobile’s 5G seems like it could take cloud computing services to the next level. Here are a few ways I think 5G will impact cloud computing: Faster Cloud Access: With 5G’s speed, we’ll see faster file uploads/downloads, smoother video calls, and quicker access to cloud services like Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. No more waiting for files to load or download! Cloud Gaming: 5G’s low latency could make cloud gaming much more enjoyable. Services like Xbox Cloud Gaming or Google Stadia could provide lag-free, high-quality gaming on mobile devices, even while on the go. Anyone tried this with T-Mobile 5G yet? Improved Remote Work: As remote work continues to rise, 5G will make cloud-based productivity tools like Zoom, Google Docs, and Slack more seamless, reducing disruptions and improving real-time collaboration. Overall, I’m excited to see how 5G enhances everyday experiences with cloud computing. Whether for work, gaming, or media, the possibilities are endless. What are your thoughts? Have you noticed any improvements in cloud services since T-Mobile’s 5G rollout? Looking forward to hearing from you all!luciaonmatteo6 months agoNetwork Novice249Views0likes0Comments
