HULU doesn't play well with TMOBILE home internet
I was happy to try tmobile home internet and it worked great for about a month. I had one incident where HULU thought I had moved only to find that tmobile IP address had changed. Hulu was able to match the new ip address which gave me a temporary fix. Over the last two weeks, however, service has been spotty and my IP address was changed 4 times. Tmobile service says “sorry, it doesn’t support a static IP address and doesn’t have a work-around for use with Hulu. Question: When selling tmobile home internet, can tmobile be open about the problem and tell potential customers that if they use Hulu, they should choose another service provider?
1/25/2024 Hulu on us text message with link not working!
Just received my NEW “hulu on us” SMS and the link to claim the offer does not work. Anyone else experiencing this? Phone Arena says there are issues. Hopefully T-Mobile backend and they fix it soon! T-Mobile subscribers having issues claiming their free "Hulu On Us" perk - PhoneArena

Rec'd the 01/04/24 text announcement that Free Hulu was coming on Jan 25th and a second text 01/26/26 with the link to add it. The link didn't work. Called & they sent another link that didn't work! Was told I didn't qualify. When I sent them a copy of the terms, see below, which states needing to have 2 Go5G Plus OR 2 Magenta Max. We have 2 Magenta Max plans but they're M.M. 55 plans so according to cust service, I don't qualify. Why do they send a text to add Hulu if it doesn't even apply? SOOO DISAPPOINTING! On top of that, when I followed the first link, it signed me up for a paid Hulu subscription and I had to call and cancel! T-Mobile, get your act together!
T-Mobile &,Hulu Live TV+
I think I'm going to cancel internet service with T-Mobile. Still too new and young. Even though I've been a cellular customer with them over 15 years; the wifi is not compatible with Hulu Live TV. I have contacted Hulu 5 times in one week and the last rep finally told me its only T-Mobile customers who are having issues. Catch up T-Mobile and if you're not ready, ya'll should have never released a modem to the public.Go back and try again. These are ppl hard earned money you are wasting. Now ya'll don't want no lawsuit. Ya'll better fix that mess quick.
Hulu On Us - Not working
Anyone else receiving the same message when trying to get Hulu subscription (Sorry, it appears your account is ineligible for this promotion. Your denial reason is: Looks like your current rate plan is not eligible for this promotion. For help, dial 611 from your handset or call 1-800-937-8997)? I've been trying and called, they said available after mid February.
