device unlock | 5G mobile hotspot
Hello There, I’ve requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked. I’ve paid it fully and also removed / cancelled the service with t-mobile and it is still unlocked? Is there a resolution for this?
Hotspot device disconnecting from T-mo internet
Recently purchased a T-mobile branded 5G hotspot, Model D53. Gets consistent 5g signal but it loses its ability to connect / relay internet traffic after about 30 - 40 minutes. Then I have to restart the device to get it to begin allowing network connections again. So far I’ve reset the SIM card, reset the device to factory, both with no changes in the functionality. Anyone seen similar issues and resolved them?
Blocked myself from my own WiFi HotSpot
I set up a T-Mobile hotspot at my residence yesterday. I wanted to boot my smart TV off it and I ended up accidentally blocking my own phone’s MAC ID from it. Now I can’t access my own WiFi nor, obviously make any changes to it. How do I go about unblocking myself from my WiFi hot spot?
