Anyone else having issues with the gateway? I have been having issues since before August with the internet dropping constantly and phone calls in the house constantly dropping. I work from home so this cannot happen. I have had multiple T-Mobile techs try to help. I have had a new gateway sent, we upgraded to the mesh, the reset the gateway, we even got a new sim card for the gateway. NOTHING is working. I have been seeing online that it has to do with the firmware update. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have T-Mobile for internet (with the Arcadyan gateway) and my phone uses AT&T. Lately internet on the phone has been extremely slow, many times I try loading a page and get nothing. If I go back and try again it’ll usually load. Speed on my desktop is quite a bit faster than the phone. The phone is a Motorola android version 11. I regularly shut the phone and gateway down and restart, but it doesn’t help. I’m confused as to whether my phone is using T-Mobile or AT&T for internet, so I’m not sure where to start researching the problem. I have wi-fi calling off as it was causing problems with calls (lots of static, couldn’t hear them, they couldn’t hear me). Also if it makes a difference the network types I have to chose from are LTE, 3G and 2G (I know, not great...). It’s been on LTE all along - when I tried switching to 3G I lost internet altogether on the phone. Mostly I need to know which company is providing internet on my phone. I’ve asked this question several times on here and I always get answers but I don’t understand the issue or how to resolve it. It is creating problems when I try and access a website where I can earn points, such as the one in this email from the company. I’m in Iowa where LD website accepts my entering info. for their contests and money saving reward but I’m being shown in Minnesota. I need this fixed but I can’t stay on hold forever with CS and they don’t seem to be of much help. Also, my billing went up $5 this month. Can someone please tell me in simple terms what I need to do. I’m older and technology has me stumped.. Thanks in advance Msg. from LG company The message you are receiving appears when the LD website is accessed from a state that prohibits discounts and promotions. Digital rebates, rewards, and mobile coupons are void in NJ, NY, MA, MN and where restricted or prohibited by law, and the Savings and Rewards sections will not appear as an option when accessing the LD website from within those states. While you may not presently be in one of those states, when you receive that particular error message it is because the IP address you are connecting to the LD website from is either being flagged as based in one of the restricted states or the location is unable to be verified. Because our encryption is legally required to be handled by an independent third party, we are unable to override it when it flags an IP as being restricted. In past instances where you have been able to access the website without issue you were likely connecting from a different IP address, which suggests you may be in a different location or using a device that is connecting via a different means (wi-fi vs. a wired connection, or a wireless carrier vs. traditional ISP). Should you continue to receive the "State Regulations" error, I would suggest either connecting or disconnecting to wi-fi (the opposite of however you were connected when receiving the error), or potentially attempting to connect from a different device. If you are using a VPN, please make sure you are disconnected from it while accessing the LD website. Because this is an issue caused by your local connection to the internet, unfortunately it is not an issue that we can resolve for you on our end as the host. My internet has been down for 5 days now with speeds varying from 1-5mbps. Called Tmobile multiple times, Unable to work from home, unable to use my phone as a hot spot due to data download issues in the area.. My Wife has ATT and her phone was getting 112 mbps down and 12.1 up My Tmobile device 4.61 mbps Down and 1.81 up Really tired of the repeated data problems with your service. Can anyone help me?? I’ve called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it’s showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can’t even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPad won’t on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I’m so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I’m not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn’t already with the router. Hello, my Windows 10 Dell Inspiron won’t see any wireless networks from my t-mobile gateway. It sees and connects to all other wireless networks but my gateway doesn’t appear as an available network. The last 24 hours I have had no internet. All my devices say they’re connected but it will not load and will say it was interrupted or no internet. I have reset my router and my devices.
