not seeing gateway network

Hello, my Windows 10 Dell Inspiron won’t see any wireless networks from my t-mobile gateway. It sees and connects to all other wireless networks but my gateway doesn’t appear as an available network. I created a second network on 2.4 G, didn’t help. All my other devices see the gateway, just the Dell laptop doesn’t.
