No confirmation email. It's been 3 days
Does anyone know what could be the problem? I ordered the phone online went through the whole process until right when I clicked the last order and proceed it sent some error message saying something...

Reach out to Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile device or send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have someone with account access check to see if the order went through successfully. If it didn't, the charge should drop off of your card after 5 business days.
