Slight elaboration to what copz1998 said….a power lever higher than -80 is good (meaning -75 is better than -80), but yours is -103...not so great for the N41 band. Other folks have reported that the router is overly aggressive in trying to select the N41 band when it should really be connecting to the N71 band which is slightly slower but has a much greater signal range. It sounds crazy, but you might try finding a *worse* location for your router and see if you can force it to connect to N71. I have a friend that blocked 2 of the router’s antennas with aluminum foil to focrce an N71 connection and it solved his problem that was similar to yours.
