weak signal help
I just moved and my t mobile home internet anywhere in my house is only weak signal I have a gateway Arcadyan what can I do to get a stronger signal I do now live in a heavy tree wooded area please help me thanks
You will probably need to attach an external antenna to it to improve your reception. Something big enough to clear the trees and is roof mounted. You could also thin out those trees if they are on your property.
Tmobile gateway has a weak signal (2 bars) in all rooms. I've reset several times. No change.
Ideas?
Please calls home internet customer service. They will do reset yout gateway
