Trouble with VPN and T-Mobile

Trouble with VPN - FortiClient and connection with T-Mobile and what is causing blockage to work network.  I am able to connect to internet, however when I log into my FortiClient I am unable to access my work network drive.  Where could the issue be, in my home network or with the VPN software?
