TMobile Gateway Internet with Hulu Live
my Hulu Live Tv keeps asking me to change my location. Hulu explains that this is because the TMobile gateway’s IP address is not permanent but moves. I need to get this fixed asap, so that the IP address connected to my Gateway modem is linked the correct location of my home.
I have the same issue. Hulu support added my external IP to the allow list, but warned me it could change at any time and I'd have to call again.
This only happens with what Hulu considers to be a “at home device” like Roku or Apple TV. Does not happen with mobile devices.
While I don't like this, I'll accept due given how much less T-Mobile is than xfinity.
