Note that you want get much support from T-Mobile here. This is primarily a user forum. You’ll get more direct results from T-Mobile if you contact via Twitter or Facebook, I believe.
What firmware are you currently running on your Nokias? It appears there is a new one (1.2201.00.0328) and perhaps it’s broken things. Supposedly T-Mobile recently bricked 34,000 Sagemcom gateways with a firmware upgrade. Perhaps they should pause any updates for awhile.
I still have 1.2201.00.0324 and it’s operating without issue.
