morphie to power kvd21?
hi all, just got my ARC KVD21 with included morphie 10k powerstation and so far so good. unboxed the morphie and I thought it was included as a battery backup for the ARC but it won’t power up. was I wrong?

Assuming you got this model from T-Mobile:
https://www.t-mobile.com/accessory/mophie-universal-battery-powerstation-10k
Appears it is capable of 18W, and being USB-C, should be capable of up to 20V.
The Arcadyan requires 15V at 3A, which is 45W. So it appears the Mophie cannot properly supply power to the Arcadyan gateway.
Hopefully those with more technical knowledge can chip in, but it appears the Mophie was supplied as a gift to charge phones.
