Home internet dropped to 4G

You will probably need to contact support to try to get some clarification. If you have 5G cell phones see what they report. With Apple you can put the phone into field test mode and get some info. With an Android phone I would suggest an a network scanner application that also reports cellular signal metrics. You seem to have strong signal strength for 4G but the 5G is a bit of an unknown right now.
If you only lost 30-30 then the 5G is probably not that strong. You can’t just gauge the signal strength on the LEDs on the gateway alone. That is a bit misleading as it is rather general and does not provide any differentiation between the 4G or 5G. Using the mobile application to see the cellular metrics for both signals is how you can tell more about the service.
