Home internet dropped to 4G
Hello! I just got T-mobile about 2 weeks ago. Been fantastic. 100x better than the ips I had prior. Anyways., it's been 5g the entire time so far. Same spot, on my computer desk at 4 bars out of 5. ...
So the 5G signal is down. Use the T-Mobile home internet mobile application and check the cellular information reported for 4G and 5G and post more details about your service. I will assume it is the Sagemcon gateway so using the mobile application for management is the only option. My guess is that T-Mobile is working on the tower/cellular equipment and that is the reason it is not seen.
