Free Phones
We have been with T-mobile for years and paid our bills on time. We had from 3 to 5 phones at a time. We see you are giving FREE phones to new customers and nothing for old customers who have been with you for years. We have 3 phones still for years and would like 3 new ones for FREE. We may have to look elsewhere to get free phones.
food for thought but once you jump over to a new carrier and get that “free” phone the rest you will need to pay for..if you want to keep getting free phones then you’ll need to carrier jump every 2ish years to another carrier etc etc.
depending on how old your phones are (non VoLTE/non 5G) there might be a way to upgrade into a new free phone due to that..but there will be like one specific phone you can get..it wont be a free for all on whatever you want to choose.
