Changing default internet id & password

We just did a factory reset on our T-Mobile home internet modem.

This put the WIFI ID and password back to the ones listed on the gray cylindrical modem.

How do we reset them to a unique ID & password?

    I figured I’d respond since none of the more experienced members have had a chance to yet.

    You should be able to reset everything using the T-Mobile Home Internet app. I would think it would make you go through the setup process again – scanning the code on the gateway and following the steps, but perhaps it still remembers the gateway and you just have to go to “network” to set up the SSID and wi-fi password. If you want to change the password for administrating the gateway go to the “more” tab of the app.

    Note that some recent posters have mentioned having issues with the app when using it on an iPhone, so if you have problems and have an android option, try that.
