Canr disable Wifi

I am unable to disable a device from WiFi. When I first got this internet I was able to turn off the WiFi from my children’s devices. It won’t even let me set a schedule. When I hit the toggle button it won’t disable just pops back over to pink. Anyone else having this issue? Resolutions?
