Blocked number voicemails, how to retrieve

I have a family member blocked that I would like to be able to hear the voicemails.  I’ve tried what TMobile told me to try, going to Voicemail, clicking the three dots in the upper right, opening se...

  1.  When I unblock the number, no messages show in messages, nor when I directly call my voicemail.  I know other phones where people actually can listen to messages left by blocked numbers.  Maybe it’s my phone.  .

 

  1. Still nothing to tap for blocked messages in there, just blocked contacts..
