Syncup watch wont fully pair.
I just unboxed a new watch and was able to figure out how to connect the watch my my phone / T-Life app. Keep in mine my phone is also brand new. I was able to get the watch connected to my app and get it somewhat set up. But then the issue start from there.
It won't let me make any update to the profile. And it just some how reboots it's self and completely unfair it's self from my phone and app. I did reach out to the support line but they never reached back out to me. Any help be greatly appreciated.

I am having a very similar issue. I got it all set up yesterday and it was working great. I turned it off for the night and now it says it needs to pair again.
