Can't add contacts to syncup watch in t-life app.
Came here because I'm having the exact same problem! So frustrating and I've tried many times! 😕

I’m assuming you got to the pairing part and did all that.
Go to Connect at the bottom of the home page. Click people.
Click on name of child. Top right hand corner should appear an icon with a sun. Click the icon and will take you to a list. Click on watch contacts.
click on + symbol. Add photo or avatar. Proceed with completing the form. Click next. Complete remaining questions. Click Save.
Check your child’s watch to make sure your new contact is listed.
FYI in order to add contacts you need to make sure your new contact includes either a photo or avatar in order to work. If you don’t add either one you can’t add contacts.

Nope doesn't help the issue, some of us are adding devices and simply want to transfer contacts, no joy. And if you create a new contact it's the same outcome, no joy.
